Problematic On/Off Switch

The safety on off switch on this grinder is a true pain in the rear. Makes it impossible to lock in the permanent on position for extended, fatigue-free, grinding. You must hold the safety switch constantly depressed to operate. I don’t know who dreamt that idea up. It makes this grinder useless.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can I use it for cleaning ceramic tile and buffing my wooden deck?

- A: It is not recommended but, yes you can use an angle grinder to clean ceramic tile provided that you use the correct pad i.e. a polishing pad or fine grit disc for very light surface cleaning. An angle grinder is too aggressive for deck boards. It can gouge the wood and leave swirl marks. A better option would be to use a random orbital sandera month agoHelpful?
