Air intake filter snapped off

I bought this in 2010 or 2011-- gloss black version. Good for the price, and has the pressure to power a framing nailer. The only problem I ran into is the location of the air intake filter canister. It's exposed and got bumped and snapped off,. It's impossible to repair/reassemble, unless perhaps you could spot weld it. But at this price it's a good deal.

Unbelievable Value For the Money

Got it home today and set it up as per instructions which was easy! Not only does the product hold it's pressure well it looks classy with the matte black. I have worked with a lot of air compressors and for the money this one's stellar. You will not find a 5 gallon for this price.

a substitute

I bought one just like this but could change the oil. Those last longer. But the hp venting did not last, so they gave me one of these instead. They dont carry the ones where you can change the oil anymore. I am not expecting it to last long based on past experiences.
