Does not fit all master craft staple guns. Works well with any T type stapler if it’s not to long.

    Questions

    1 - 5 of 5 Questions

Q: Are these coated in zinc? Or is there another coating on top of the zinc?

    2 Answers
    • A: The nails are made of steel, they are then galvanized with zinc plating, they are then formed into packs and there is a varnish that is applied on both sides to 'glue' them together.

Q: Are these suitable for use in pressure treated lumber?

    2 Answers
    • A: Yes, and No. Depending on the USE of the lumber, and the life of the product expectation. they may nOT be suitable for what you intend them to fasten. The problem is the chemistry and the reaction with the zinc. Zn + Cu + Ar, are there different metals, and anytime you have a DIssimilar metal, you get an electric current, and with water ,this will result in corrosion of the base(Steel - Fe). 11 years ago
    1 Answer
