We bought it a week ago. It took awhile to figure out how to input cook time. It isn't referred to in the manual specifically, but pushing power (level) then inputting the time in minutes or seconds does the trick.

The only problem I find with the product is, unless we have sufficient lighting in the room, the difficulties to read or see the information on the control panel. Every time we use the unit, the lights in the kitchen must be turned ON. Which was not the case with the white colored unit we had before.

Nice looking microwave, but didn’t work

Bought it, set it up and it didn’t work. Tried unplugging it, and plugging it back in, still nothing. Call customer support, she had us try a couple things. Couldn’t even get the clock to set properly. Was advised by customer service to return product to where we bought it. Couldn’t even get a refund since it didn’t work.

Unique Features, Great Price!

I am relatively pleased with my new Master Chef microwave oven. The only problem that I have with it is that I find the control panel hard to read. Backlighting or brighter numbers and words would help. Otherwise, I find the features very unique and useful.
