Good for small measurements

Love the fact that this scale is lightweight, thin and small (doesn't take up a lot of Counter space). Great for "small" measurements. My problem with it was I can't read the scale when I have a larger dish to measure (i.e.flour) because it covers the window.

Q: The screw from the battery compartment cover does not come off when I try to remove it. Who can I contact for assistance with this?

A: I gently popped up cover after making sure the screw was thoroughly unscrewed. I believe the screw doesn't come out all the way so consumers don't lose it.Hope this helps.

Q: How do I change the battery? I can't figure out how to open the compartment on the back.

A: Remove screw from the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the scale and removed the cover. Take care when removing and replacing the battery door screw. Do not turn the screw in the wrong direction or over tighten it as this may strip the screw threads in the plastic batter door. Remove the old battery from the compartment. Place thee new battery with the "+" sign up into the battery compartment. Replace the battery compartment cover and screw(s).
