I opened the box and the butcher block was cracked from top to bottom. So I bought another online as it was the last one left at the store. I went to return the broken one and grab the new one, well, that the new one was broken too. Then Canadian tire refused to refund either set of broke knives. They only gave gift cards/store credit. I will now be opening products before I buy. Terrible service.
