They are junk our BBQ was bought April,16 2016 they are all rust and my husband even had a piece on his hamburg . We followed the instructions when we bought of how to care for them , still did no good . Now they want over 100.00 to replace for something that will only last aless than a yr .
The outside of BBQ is in great shape It has been covered since we bought it .

The barbecue was okay when new, but quickly deteriorated. The burners, grids, and heat deflectors were all of poor quality. Replacement parts would cost the same as an entirely new unit. Spend the extra money for a superior brand.

It's a good price for a cheap BBQ

You get what you pay for. I'm buying a second one, because the price is right, when it's on sale. They last five years. You'll need to replace burners, of course, and do a little maintenance, and in five years it will be beyond the price of repair - the grills will be falling apart, you'll have replaced the burners a couple of times, and you'll have rigged up a few new metal parts to replace some failed ones. Unless you're a tinsmith, some of these metal parts will be beyond you. Honestly, I wish the company would spend a little less money on shiny and a little more on quality, but be realistic - you get what you pay for.

Good BBQ, nice value for money

The BBQ cooks very well and looks pretty sturdy. The wheels are a little flimsy and awkward to move about. I wish the back of the unit was closed, there is just a gaping hole right now.

A: I already had a NG quick connect outlet and this unit came with a hose long enough to position the unit away from my house. Plenty adequate.

Q: What is the difference between the Master Chef E480 and E500 Natural gas BBQ? There is a price difference between the two yet I can see no difference in the product other than colour.

Q: E500 vs E480 What is the difference between the E500 and the E480? I've looked here and on the Master Chef site and all I can find is that the colors aren't the same.

A: The difference between the E480 and the E500 is that the E480 has a porcelain coated steel black lid and black powder coated side shelf fascia, control panel, and doors, whereas these parts are stainless steel on the E500.

Q: Gaz hose size? I bought it 2 days ago and it does not fit my already installed 1/2' quick connector and adapter. Does the bbq only work with 3/8 hose?
