Very sharp. Cut through a partly frozen chuck roll like nothing. Worked better then the more expensive butcher knife I bought at the same time.

great knife

I love this knife I have knives ranging from 10$ to 300$ and I would choose this one over the rest. it has a comfy grip and amazing build quality. easy to clean and comes out of the package. very sharp and the sharpness lasts long. in the future, if you're looking at knife reviews, you shouldn't look if people are talking about the sharpness because that is very easy to do on a cheap knife you should be looking for how long the sharpness will last and this one lasts for a very long time.
