Fantastic Brisket Knife for the Price

This Master Chef 12” brisket knife has been a standout in my kitchen. Despite the extremely low price, it delivers an impressively sharp edge and clean, effortless slicing, especially on cooked brisket, prime rib, picanha roast and other large cuts of meat. The ergonomic non-slip handle feels comfortable and secure during extended use, and the blade retains its edge well with basic maintenance. If you want a reliable, good-performing slicer without spending big, this knife is a great value.

Overall I can't complain, only wish the tip that rounds was sharp too for trying to shave the fat off the meat. However, it's quite sharp and precise for slicing your meat thin.
