Q: Wireless door bell activator I had my wireless exterior door bell activator broken. Will any product I buy from your store work with my current chime modules and has it have to be programmed? Thanks

A: You can use any Carlon wireless door button. There is no need to reactivate, however if you do experience issues, you may change the frequency to match by cutting both "A" wires on the chime and button on the back of each unit.

Q: How I could buy this product ? I am looking for it for about 3 weeks, went to 5 Can.Tire stores, drove alerady 120 km, store computer shows about 2-3 pcs on stock, but NOBODY can find it. Could I get it by mail-in order ?

A: Canadian Tire Online no longer provides online shopping with the exception of gift cards and tire/wheels. If your local Canadian Tire store does not have it in stock, they can possibly order it in for you. We would suggest speaking to the General Manager at the store for further assistance.
