Watch for Holes

4 years ago

Four of the pans in this package had holes in the pans where the tin had buckled together. The spots were small and unnoticeable until they began to leak. I gave a closer look and found the holes in the corners of four of the pans.

If you need a one-time use lasagna pan quickly it's great.

It is deep enough to make a 3 layer lasagna, any more and you'll overfill it. You need to put parchment paper down before laying in your noodles -- tomatoes react with aluminum and change the taste of the sauce. Took off one star because the pan tapers outwards towards the top, so you'll be making shorter/narrower layers on the bottom.
