handle design

the handle moves making the coffee pot lid out of line so when pouring spiling coffee happens no way to adjust or tighten handle to stop this from happening poor design'

dont buy!

bought this unit about a year ago its in the garbage now, wouldn't keep coffee warm even on high setting, not user friendly, wouldn't brew sometimes , our last unit lasted 8 years updated to this one what a mistake.. back to a braun much better!!!

Makes good coffee

Makes good coffee. Misses a 5 Star rating becauae it is over priced. Pros: easy to use, has two preset brewing settings, buttons and screen are easy to read, seems to use a bit less coffee to obtain the same results as my previous coffee machine. Cons: a bit pricy (I bought mine on sale), the lid to the coffee pot fits a bot lose (but works fine) and, when refilling the machine with water, any water that misses the generously sized refilling space drips through directly onto the warming plate (which then needs to be cleaned up).
