The packaging was ripped open. Luckily the items weren’t damaged. There was plastic wrapping shoved inside the packaging that did not belong to the item. The store locker that the item was in when I picked it up, was extremely dusty and filled with small pieces of garbage from other people’s purchases. Makes me wonder if they even bother to clean them. Next time I would go into the store and collect the item myself. If this was a gift for someone else, and the packaging was ripped, I’d be annoyed.

J'ai été très déçue de la qualité de ces ustensiles qui sont quand même assez dispendieux. Après quelques semaines il y avait du jeu entre le manche et l'ustensile et les cuillères en bois étaient dégoûtantes. Bref il ne me reste que la spatule à oeufs les autres sont brisés et pourtant je suis une personne qui prend soin de ses choses. Je n'ai jamais mis les ustensiles dans le lave vaisselle non plus.

Bought 2 years ago and there was movement between the metal and plastic within 2 months. Now the plastic parts are loose and fall off with use.
