A solution to poor body rotation

Today I disassembled the faucet for the 2nd time and found that replacing the o-ring at the top of the body freed up the sticky rotation. There is too much interference between the ID of the o-ring and the valve body. 75 PSI water pressure and no leaks. It is shameful that the engineering department didn't investigate the issue and resolve the problem. This issue has nothing to do with contaminated (lime in the) water. I have been a customer since 1976 and would never recommend this product but have always been satisfied with all the other Kohler fixtures I have purchased.

Had purchased this faucet in December 2020 and had it installed. In November 2021 faucet wand came loose and came off, and while attempting to reconnect it I accidentally cross-threaded it. Called KOHLER and spoke with ELLIE and she was was very helpful and sent us a replacement faucet wand. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Faucet spout/sprayer is Plastic not metal

I dislike having to write a bad review but after I had the faucet installed and went to use it the spout/sprayer Was plastic had I known this I would never have purchased this faucet and definitely not for the price I paid. No place in the discrimination does it say the spout is Plastic.

It's a lemon

We bought this faucet about 6 months ago, and in that time we've had to fix a leak in the pull-out spout hose, and now the gasket is leaking from the handle, with no clear instructions available on how to remove the handle to replace the gasket. Based on this model, I'd never buy another Kohler faucet again.
