Kitchenaide has some great products pass on this one. It should tilt for the product to fall out naturally. In addition the cheese sticks. It doesn't meet kitchenaide standards.

J’ai reçu cet article en cadeau. J’avais vraiment hâte de l’essayer. Je suis vraiment déçu. Le fromage reste bloqué dans le tambour et aussi entre le bloc et le tambour. Même chose pour le chou. J’ai dû démonter à plusieurs reprises pour débourrer. Pour les carottes c’est un peu mieux mais encore bourrer dans la tambour. Bref une simple râpe fait mieux le travail et est moins difficile à laver.

I am very disappointed.. I received this for Christmas and everything I sliced is extremely too thin. The only thing I could use it in with soup, my cucumbers and mushrooms. Then I proceeded a great cheese with a different blade and all the cheese got stuck up inside and came out like little curdles not graded and it didn’t even come out. I had to go up and get it with a knife. This is misrepresentation of the product at the best.

Honestly, this is my first accessory for my kitchen aide. Was incredibly helpful for Christmas dinner! The slicer made it far faster to prep scalloped potatoes. Also comes with 2 sizes of shredders. Made veggie prep a breeze. Ordered it online and was able to pick it up the next day. Happy with my purchase!
