Wrong part inside otherwise good product

The storage box came with an incorrect part. Specifically a steel tube that bolts to the lid. I had to drill new holes in the steel tube to make it assemble.

I’m extremely satisfied with this deck box. The quality exceeded my expectations. It feels sturdy, well built, and the Signature finish gives it a premium look that blends beautifully with my outdoor space. Assembly was straightforward, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The storage capacity is impressive—I was able to organize patio cushions, gardening supplies, and several outdoor accessories with room to spare. What I appreciate most is that it keeps everything dry, clean, and protected from the weather. The lid opens and closes smoothly, and the box is solid enough to double as extra seating when needed. If you're looking for a durable, attractive, and spacious outdoor storage solution, I highly recommend this Keter deck box. It offers excellent value for the price, and I would definitely buy it again.
