I’ve always regarded JBL speakers as a premium product so I bought this headset not expecting the same since it’s a different design entirely. However I have been impressed by the sound quality and therefore rate this 5 star. Battery life is long lasting as well.

Q: A user got the 350s today. Using in Teams calls. The mic is not suppressed at all. Sound system checked on laptop. Drivers, BIOS all checked. Teams Audio Checked. How can we resolve all the area noise around her desk? This one is the only one with issue.

A: Thanks for reaching out. We recommend turning off the sidetone settings of the JBL Quantum 350 on the JBL Quantum Engine software to see if the same issue occurs. The JBL Quantum Engine software is downloadable via our official website compatible with Windows OS. In addition, please ensure to set the JBL Quantum 350 Wireless as your default microphone under your computer's settings, then reposition the microphone closer to the user's mouth to prevent it from picking up unwanted ambient noise.
