Been using it since purchasing it several weeks ago. Also daughters received one and love it. Sounds great, loud enough to fill a large room, base and treble sound true, easy blue tooth connect, and quick charge.

Personalization

JBL products are top notch and we have many. My experience with the customization was not a good one. The placement of the customization was way off from the simulator and the print quality was not consistent. Most was so light it was not legible. This was to be a gift intended to be displayed on a desk. I was embarrassed by to give it as a gift so I ended up using a sharpie marker to make it look better and am using it in my garage. I want to make clear the JBL audio product is top notch I only had issues with the personalization.

A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Charge 6 does not support playing music directly from a USB flash drive. The USB port is for charging devices, such as a phone, or for lossless audio playback, which allows you to plug in your laptop or other audio device. However, in order for it to work, you need a compatible lossless audio source.

A: Thanks for your question. No, our JBL Charge 6 uses the Auracast feature and is not backward compatible with Partyboost or JBL Connect+.

A: Yes, you can connect our JBL Charge 6 to JBL Clip 5 via Auracast. It can also be connected to other Auracast-enabled JBL speakers.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Charge 6 cannot be used for phone calls because it does not have a built-in microphone. While it can connect to your phone via Bluetooth for playing music, it lacks the necessary microphone for making calls. We recommend the Onyx Studio 8 as a better option, as it includes a call-handling feature.

A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect the JBL Charge 3 to the Charge 5 or Charge 6. The Charge 3 uses the Connect+ feature, while the Charge 5 supports the PartyBoost feature, and the Charge 6 supports the Auracast feature.
