I was looking for a product that would allow something similar to chin-ups, yet offered chin-up bars either didn't fit my door-frames, or required drilling etc, which I'd rather not do in a rental.
So this was perfect — you just throw the straps over a door, shut it (make sure it is really closed, since your weight will pull on it), and go through your workout. The moves offered in the booklet are fine for a start, I'll probably look to make it more difficult several months from now, but so far I am happy with this purchase.

Q: Does it matter if the door opens into the room? For strength?

A: I use for safety reasons use a door to a room that closes into the room I am working in. It recommends not to use on a door that opens into a room. I use on my bathroom door.

A: No, the non-handle ends are only designed to fit over a door.
