Q: I installed the new handle and it operates well but the inside locking lever will not lock. When you push the outside button or the inside lever the little lever moves over. Any ideas what is wrong?

A: It’s a cheap design but to Jimmy rig -it you have to slide a thin piece of box board ( cardboard ) in the inside piece. This will keep the little lever from moving over.
