Lets just say this. I purchased this Treadmill in 2011.. after 12 years, 6000+ Kms it finally gave up. If you lube the belt when it says, oil the belt wheels this will last forever. Now I have found myself wondering whats next.

Stuck in "Lube Belt" mode

I bought this about 8 years ago. Worked well... But now the unit is stuck in "Lube Belt" mode! This "feature" to remind you to lube your belt now prevents me from being able to use an otherwise functional machine... So frustrating. Google the problem and you'll see it's common and there is no solution other than replacing the upper control board and then hoping it doesn't happen again... I won't buy another.... This is pretty much the most negative review I've ever posted. I buy a lot from Canadian Tire too...

Très très mauvais achat

Acheté en 2016 et je ne peux m'en servir depuis 4 mois le moteur chauffe et il arrête tout seul. Horizon n'ont aucun service à Québec, avoir été au courant je n'aurais jamais acheté ce tapis. J'ai eu $160 pour m'en débarrasser.

Brise à 10 mois d'usage et très mauvais service de garantie

Tapis brisé dès le 10e mois. Pas utilisé excessivement. Mauvais diagnostic, donc une mauvaise pièce envoyée. Très difficile par la suite. Le réparateur et la compagnie se lancent la balle, alors je dois tout gérer. Ça fait plus d'un mois que je n'ai pas de machine!!!!

After a set amount of distance it tells you to lube the belt. You’re supposed to be able to clear the message with a button combination, but mine (and many others if you google it) is stuck and will not clear. The treadmill is now useless as it will not run while the “lube belt” message is showing.

A: Yes it does. It is based on the weight you input. In comparing to my heartrate monitor the calorie burn it gives seems relatively accurate.
