Looks nice, but hard to hang

I'm not a noob when it comes to woodworking at all, so I was a bit dismayed when I had issues hanging these. There is NO room for error when putting in the drywall anchors. And even then the holes cut in the back of the shelf weren't that straight so it wouldn't mount flush with the wall. I would have returned these, but I already painted them. Looks like I'm going to have to do some DYI to get these hung. On a side note, my parents have this same exact set. When I asked about their experience hanging it, they had a difficult time as well.

Cheap, cheap, cheap

I wasn't expecting these to be top quality. But they are so cheap they are barely usable. None of them fasten tight to the wall no matter how much fiddling and tightening I did. One shelf was practically unusable. I had to do a DIY on it to even get it to hang. And it doesn't hang well. Would like to return them but I've used all the screws and anchors

I've had these shelves for years now. They've moved with me and everything. So many different configurations, I currently have them in a pyramid shape with all my knick-knacks from world travels displayed on them.

J'ai achetée ces tablettes, premièrement les coins manquent presque tous de la peinture. Deuxièmement j'ai lue sur la boite ''fixation comprise'' il y a seulement les vis d'ancrage en plastique, pas de vis. J'ai donc dû improviser avec mon inventaire de vis. Je trouve que le prix était trop cher payer pour la qualité du produit. Malheureusement c'était le seul modèle de tablette qui pouvait convenir avec le décor.

Q: If studs are not found (hypothetically speaking) can certain screws or hardware help?

A: Each shelf is load rated at 20 lbs. when mounted in drywall using the screws and anchors provided in the package. Because of the various widths of the shelves it is unlikely that studs will be found during installation, which is okay since the load ratings are pretty reasonable. The hardware included in the kit is all you should need to have a good installation.
