Split lock washers are ideal for situations where potential loosening from corrosion or vibration is a concern, as they help prevent nuts and bolts from coming loose over time. Their split ends lock into mating materials when tightened beneath a nut, providing a locking feature. These class 8 metric split lock washers feature an M6 inner diameter, distributing clamping forces for fastener durability.
