Product isn't actually available as descrbied

The product in stores is only the racket and does not include the balls or goggles. When I asked the store associate why it is not as described online they just said they the website is probably wrong.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How does the 1 year exchange warranty work? I have purchased this recently, and I noticed after playing for the first time that one of the strings is starting to get lose. I was wondering if that would be covered in the future if it comes off?

A: This item has a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. Should it become defective within the warranty period, you can take it to any Canadian Tire store, along with the original receipt for warranty exchange. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.

Q: How many grams? I don't think the previous answer is right, unless they mean 83 grams, but then that seems a little low.
