    Only had this for a couple of weeks and it's terrible. Grinds/water overflows, coffee is not that hot. Keep getting the 'clean needle' error whike using a KCup. By far the worst coffee machine I've owned. BUYER BEWARE!

    Horrible Coffee Maker

    This is the second coffee maker, that we have had from Hamilton Beach Flex Brew, and both coffee makers have been horrible. This product in particular, we have had for about 2 weeks, and is already being a pain in the rear! The water over flows in the coffee grinds and ends up pushing the grinds up and into everywhere, which all goes into your coffee cup. The reservoir is hard to fill, as it is in the back. Not only that after looking on the internet they have discontinued, I wonder why? We will not be purchasing another Hamilton Beach product again.

    Melts plastic K-Cups

    We had this product for a week and after cleaning it and using it the taste and smell of melted plastic was always in my drinks when we used the single serve side, we noticed it was melting the K-Cups. The full pot side worked great. The programming feature only works for the full pot, which was a bit disappointing, and its very inconvenient having to fill the reservoir every time you want a single serve. Its a great idea but needs work.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    First of all, due to the height, it doesn't fit under the upper cupboards when the lid is open. I then had to move it to an area where I did have access to the open lid. Now I find the electrical cord is too short at only about 1 1/2 feet so needed an extension cord. If you can get it set up satisfactorally, then it does make good coffee. Very fast coffee as well as hot water Does a good job with the pods. If making coffee from grounds, don't even try to fill to maximum level otherwise, the grounds rise up and makes a mess. Add grinds to only half way to maximum. Adding fewer grinds makes for weaker coffee, therefore use less water
