No help did not receive it

When I paid for it, I asked customer service that I needed a hand loading it cause I have some medical issues. It’s a hernia and a lot of left. The lady said she would send somebody out to help me. I waited a half hour I tried lifting one, but I could not do it so I drove away, but I went back into the store that lady wasn’t working at the customer service anymore. I’ve already filled one of these out and nobody’s got back to me yet.

Big difference!

Purchased several bags for the garden after weeding and planting some flowers. Before and after was a shocker at how much better and cleaner everything looked. This product has a rich red colour, time will tell how long it lasts but after the first month it still looks amazingly

Quality Control Issues

I’m happy to support a Canadian product, but unfortunately, a bit disappointed with the quality control. I bought 6 bags of the Premium Red Cedar Mulch, out of those 6 bags, 2 of them had a significant amount of black mulch. Also, be aware this mulch is fairly fine, which I was happy with, as it should break down well. Be aware if you’re expecting large size coarse mulch, this would not be what you want.

Golf green cedar mulch

I originally wanted Scott’s cedar mulch but due to a cashier saying once it’s paid I could not exchange and would have to enter the store for the exchange. Seeing as I was in a hurry I kept this product it is working fine. I found the mulch to be quite moist in the bag. Is this normal?

A: Not so far and we have it in a full sun flowerbed. It all gets white underneath eventually but so far (2 months) it’s still vibrant.
