Q: What is this made of? Wish there was a picture of the back of the package to explain the ingredients.

A: It is mostly .75 to 1.5-inch fir bark, some charcoal, and perlite. I add perlite to mine but I do not think you really need to. It is a good product if you need a coarse medium.. Needs to soak for 24 hrs before potting in it.
