Very high quality and sturdy build and it does what it says it does.

Way better quality than a lot of today’s exercise equipment and it is very value priced for what you get…on sale it is a steal. Includes a laminated booklet fully explaining and illustrating how to set it up and how to perform the series of basic exercise routines it is designed for. For those wanting to attach it other than a doorway, there is room in the strap loop where the door retainer pads connect to the strap retainer buckles to thread a large carabiner through..and from there attach the carabiners to whatever makes you happy as an anchor point.

Great workout straps

The handle grips are very comfortable and the straps are very adjustable lengthwise. I put an eye-bolt thru a beam in the basement and attached the straps to that. I didn’t need to worry about having an interior door that opens away from me to attach the door-mount to !

This is a very good quality strap set, easy to adjust and use at home. Only downside was the handles had uneven lengths. But that might just be a defect in the one I got, other than that everything is good

Q: Could this system be attached to a chin up bar?

A: This item does not have the attachments that allow it to be connected to a chin up bar. It is made to work with a door frame.
