Q: The Gerber Air Ranger knife blade should have ambidextrous thumb studs, the one pictured does not. Is this a knock off or lower quality version? I've seen comments that thumb studs on a blade are illegal in Canada, this is not the case however. Thanks.

Q: Why do these knives not have thumb studs? All other distributors of these knives have thumb studs.
