great personal grill

I use this grill mostly with frozen burger patties. The grill plate warm up fast when you plug it in. It doesn't have an on off switch so when you are not using it, make sure to unplug it. After grilling, it takes a few minutes to cool down.

This was my first GFG and it worked well for me when I was single. It will only hold 2 burgers or 2 chicken breast, but it's tight. I clean them with wet paper towels and a sponge. I bought a larger GFG when I got married. I do love how well they cook.

Best Grill ever

I bought this grill a couple of months ago and am very surprised on how great it works; grilled cheese, sausages, flatbreds, whatever you cook comes out perfect. And all the oil drips down into a little tray which is very easy to clean (dishwasher), and the grill itself just needs a bit of dishwasher liquid with water to let it sit and it looks like new. Awesome product.

Q: What is the model number and the wattage? I am wondering what is the model number and the wattage. I am also wondering how the 1" floating hinge is measured. I have seen a similar looking grill which was described as 1 1/2" floating hinge.

A: The model # is GR10BCAN. The 1” hinge is measure from the base to the top on how far it hold open when you have food in the grill. The smaller grills typically don’t have anything more than a 1” floating hinge due to the size of the grill itself. As the grill gets larger the hinges can get bigger allowing for the floating hinge to be bigger allowing more give. Many of our larger grills after this model (which is our smallest) also have a 1.5” floating hinge.
