One thing to check—are you connecting it to a 2.4GHz WiFi network? The camera won’t connect to a 5GHz or dual-band network, so if your router is dual-band, you may need to temporarily disable the 5GHz signal during setup. camera has been going offline for sometime. tried reaching out to support but it's near impossible to get ahold of them through email and through the app they don't respond. most likely I'll have no choice to either figure it out myself or throw it away.

I have tried reaching out to you about the SD cards not being encrypted and your employers did not take it seriously. I also sent you an email regarding this to the address you provided and to this day is still not been read and it's been over two weeks. any more ideas

SD card.encrypted

booklet says SD card is encrypted yet the SD card is not encrypted you can simply pull the SD card and copy the file to hand brake and it will open the video file this is a major major security breach that Geeni needs to fix. I've tested this on every camera and they all do the same none of the SD cards are encrypted
