Good....while it lasted

I liked this cooler until is sporadically, and then permanently, stopped pumping water. Lasted almost three years - scrap metal now I guess.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do you clean unit ?

A: Best to use 2 cups of vinegar and 6 to 8 litres of hot tap water. Put the siphon tube in and press the door button. Let it fill the unit. Let stand for a few minutes and run water through the hot and cold water taps until the pump has drawn up all the water. Then drain it through the plastic fitting in the back of the cooler. Reload and run Reverse Osmosis or spring water through until the taste is gone. Should do every 6 months, I believe they recommend every 3 months.

Q: Pump will not draw water. Garrison phone number does not work. Cannot get the pump to draw water. It works, but automatically shuts off as though it is sitting in an empty bottle. Called Garrison, but only receive a dial-up internet sound upon calling.
