A: mine is 25' - but it's not even close to that long when fully extended. Buy larger than you think you need. Length stated is badly overstated.

A: Outer diameters are not provided, inner is 3/8" as shown in the image of the cardboard packaging. What you likely should be concerned about is construction material E.g. rubber, vinyl, polyurethane etc and how many plys/how it is constructed to determine which suits your needs.

A: This hose can be used for your watering needs but it is not a drink water safe hose and cannot handle hot water.

Q: length it is available in 25 and 50 feet size,i have 50 feet hose but this does not stretch to 50 feet,hardly stretch to 35 to 40 feet,will canadian tire carry 75 feet hose in future?

A: We only carry these coiled hoses in a 25ft and 50ft lengths (similar to other retailers and the market), but if a customer is looking for a longer length hose which is small in diameter (vs 5/8) and light weight they can try either – 059-0828 Yardworks 100' 7/16 Polyurethane Hose or 059-1625 X Hose 75’ Pro Dac 5.

Q: How well does it work in cold weather - 1 degree C to 5 C?

A: Optimal functioning temperature for this product is 40 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 4 to 5 degrees Celsius) and higher. Beyond that information, the functionality of the hose greatly depends on a number of working conditions (water pressure, outside temperature, internal temperature, age of the hose etc.). Given the parameters, the hose should function at the temperature in question, but as the temperature varies there may be a noticeable difference in the recoil ability of the product based on the working conditions.
