Exactly what we wanted, although the 126 can is deceiving, that would be the 355ml cans, we buy the 473ml, so not as many cans, but it does hold a lot.

Screws will not loosen to reverse the door

The door is supposed to be reversed but we cannot get the screws to come off, they are jammed in too tight and will not loosen. I am disabled and unable to get the fridge returned to the store, if you could replace the unit for me by delivering a replacement and picking up this unit, that would be truly helpful. Please let me know if you could help with that possibility. Thank You.

Q: The fridge starts beeping every night at 12:26 how do l stop this

The beeping sound is typically an alert from the unit indicating one of the following: - Door not fully closed. Ensure the door is sealing properly and no items are blocking it. - Temperature fluctuation: Check that the temperature settings are appropriate and that the unit isn’t located near a heat source or in direct sunlight. - Power interruption or control alert. Try unplugging the unit for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system. - Sensor or control panel issue: If the beeping continues at the same time each night, this may be related to the internal control board or sensor. If the steps above don’t stop the beeping, we recommend performing a soft reset by disconnecting the unit from power for a few minutes. If the issue persists afterward, service may be required. Q: I plugged in and turned on my fridge and let it get to 4C when I went to take out a bottle of water theres a puddle of water sitting inside of it. Is this normal?

  • A: This is a manual defrost beverage centre. Humid ambient air will condense on the cold internal surfaces. Here's a tutorial on how to diagnose and resolve your situation: How to Reduce & Resolve Condensation Buildup in Refrigerators & Freezers. Condensation occurs when moisture in ambient air touches the cold evaporator coils, shelves and interior sides of a refrigerator or freezer (Think of a cold glass of water outside on a warm summer day) Steps you can take to reduce condensation build up: Move your hand around the outside of the refrigerator door. If you feel cold air, then the door is not sealing adequately. You can adjust the door by loosening the top hinge to reposition/adjust the refrigerator door to create a tight seal. Adjust the front levelling feet of your unit such that the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear. Gravity will assist the door to close with a proper seal. TIP: Close the door on a dollar bill (or similar). The dollar bill should not easily pull out - there should be some resistance. Perform the “Dollar Bill Test” on the top, both sides, & bottom of your refrigerator or freezer door, and adjust accordingly. Do not over fill your refrigerator/freezer to prevent food items from shifting and impeding the refrigerator door from closing properly. Place only cool or cold food items in your refrigerator/freezer. Hot foods introduce humidity into the food storage compartment, which contributes to condensation build up. Allow hot foods to cool before placing them in the refrigerator. Wrap foods tightly with plastic wrap. Glass container lids typically do not provide a proper seal. Dry the exterior of food before storing. Reduce the amount of time the door remains open. Holding the door open allows humid ambient air to enter the refrigerator/freezer. Fruits and vegetables are typically high in moisture content and when left uncovered/unwrapped, will contribute to humidity in your refrigerator. Door Seal Care: Keep the door seal clean. You can clean your door seal with a solution of one tsp of baking soda to a quart of lukewarm water. Pour the solution onto a clean sponge, and wipe it over the seal. Sponge off the solution with clear water and dry the seal with a clean cloth before closing the freezer door. Keep the door seal flexible by lubricating it with some petroleum jelly (e.g. Vaseline). Wipe it on and wipe it off with a clean dry cloth.
