Buyer beware

I bought this mop to replace the previous Frank mop I had, that broke within a month. This mop does not work with the Frank mop bucket I have (and that came with the previous Frank mop). Therfore, this mop requires me to purchase an entirely new bucket system. Nowhere is this mentioned when purchasing the mop, and it is the only Frank mop I found on their website.

If I could leave a lower star I would. This is the WORST mop ever. The scrubber fell off with one use, wringer only works sometimes, so MUCH work to wring out. Don't even get a full mop on floor coverage..terrible buy and waste of money...

I have been using the Frank system with two buckets for years. I love it. However, the Frank mop keeps breaking. I need to buy the third one. At least there is a mop replacement now.

The design is poor with respect to replacing the white mop piece. Couldn't it be improved?
I purchased 2 replacements, and it's difficult. I can't recommend.

A: I followed the steps outlined here and cannot get the mop head off. I undid all the clips but it is not budging. The main reason I bought it was because the mop heads were replaceable. What a complete waste of money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this.
