    Was changing the filter on several vehicles on the same day. Couldn't grip the filter, all it did was slide around. When we managed to get it to grab we actually managed to break the straps of both units.

    It doesn't work

    I had to remove a piece that was a little bit tight (not much, but enough for me to be unable to do the work with bare hands). I tried with the big and the small wrench and it didn't grab the piece at all. It just slid around, with almost no friction.

    Broke immediately

    Started a small task by using the smaller wrench. The strap broke immediately. Switched to the larger wrench which worked, but but not without damage to the strap: it almost broke completely. The task should only have needed the smaller wrench and not much muscle. One time use is not acceptable. I've been satisfied with FRAM products in the past, was surprised. Couldn't find my receipt (assume the cashier gave it to me), so a waste of money and the single-purpose trip to the store.
