Doesn't seem right

I bought four of these and plan on taking the three unopened ones back. The light doesn't click or lock into position on the strap holder, so the light freely swings around instead of pointing out. The store clerk couldn't figure it out either. I even emailed customer service at Fox 40 with attached photos but did not hear anything back. This appears to be either poorly designed or poorly made. A bit of a disappointment.

Don’t waste your money

Bought these for paddling. For $15 I was so disappointed. It was incredibly difficult to out the batteries in and get the cover closed back up. I fought hard with both and only managed to get one closed with both batteries. The other I could only close with one inside and then it didn’t work right. The whistle wasn’t very good, either. I have bought better for cheaper. Finally, my son wore it on his vest and went tubing - not what it was intended for, for sure, but with one fall into the water, the parts broke off. I think he only has the whistle part now and I have the broken light one. For $15 each, which was a crazy price for these cheaply made and impossible to assemble things, I am super disappointed.

Won’t stay off

Bought the flashlight whistle combo for paddle boarding. Used twice and the light no longer stays off, it will just turn on randomly wasting batteries. Very disappointed.
