A: The mirror is a proper glass mirror. It has a cardboard backing and a plastic frame. It's cheap, but does the trick.

A: It’s been around 7 years since I’ve bought this mirror lol and don’t have it anymore, but, from what I remember … I don’t believe it gets distorted. Wish I could give you a more sure answer it’s just been so long!

Q: Does the mirror have to be hung or can it just be stood up against a wall?

A: Technically it could be just stood up but I wouldn’t trust it. The mirror isn’t overly heavy but being how tall it is, if it wobbles even the slightest like being bumped it’s almost guaranteed to fall and break. I caught mine once already in the bathroom.

A: Sorry Marg these mirrors are not made to take hinges as the frames are very thin and are made to hang as a single mirror on a door or wall
