Q: 2 seasons ,eight bulbs gone. Less reliable than incandesent! Where can I get replacement bulbs? Store does not carry even replacement for garden string they are selling right now. Want string for garden party so need to fix now, not at Christmas.

A: Thanks for reaching out! The light set was built on a series circuit. This means when one bulb goes out, the entire circuit is impacted and does not stay lit. May we suggest to check on the connection of the lights if there are any loosen bulbs; especially for the lamp holder with 3-wires connected at the bottom as these are the joints of the series circuit. Q: My second year just put them up and 1/4 are on the next 1/4 are barely lit the next1/4 are on and the last 1/4 are out altogether. The bulbs all seem tight and not are missing?? What is wrong??

A: I was very disappointed as well! The first and last bit worked and but had a bunch of them in the middle that were out. The ones that were on were very barely lit and hardly noticeable. I would not purchase these again. They will be tossed out.
