This chair lasted 3.5 years and then this happened. It stained easily which is unfortunate, but I live a messy life. They're still comfortable, felt sturdy for a while, squeaked loudly, but look good!

Q: All three of my stools wobble at the base. Is there a way of fixing this other than getting them welded or buying new ones. Pretty disappointed.

A: I had the same problem within 2 years, 2 are completed broken and a third appears to be on its way. I tried to repair it with JD Weld but it was useless. They are of poor quality strength.

Q: I have this model for less than 2 years and one of the two are now wobbling terribly. Looks like the issue is at the base where the hydraulic cylinder is inserted. There’s a ring that seems to have broken. Can I buy the base separately??
