    New version better than the old model??

    The new model is larger than the previous 3 other ones we've had that all died within a year or so. This new version has a marinade setting that I personally don't find very useful as you should be able to use a single setting for this anyway. While I'm glad this version still has the charging dock, finding and using buttons on the side of the unit isn't nearly as convenient as being able to push on the top like the older versions. All I know is this unit better last longer than a year or so or I'm never buying another foodsaver priduct!

    The new hand held sealer is great! It's always charged and ready and it's 100 times more quiet than the older model from years ago. I like that I can put it on the bag and walk away, no more holding the button down. I don't know why I waited so long to get the newer model!

    This little gal is my new BFF! With limited counter space it's right there, takes up no space and is so convenient to utilize and use. I even took it with me to use to my son's home over the Christmas holiday.

    Cute but not worth it

    I bought this 3 weeks ago, battery issues encountered after 6 hrs of charging. Had accidentally sucked a little drop blood from meat, no way to clean it. It stunk! Im throwing it away, it may have bacteria growing inside the machine. Not worth buying, it was a good idea bec its small.
