Won't slide!!!!

Bought this sled for our 11 years old son yesterday. Took the blue protective foam out and tried it on a fairly steep slope but it was not sliding at all. Will try to return it today . Bought a Marvel Iron Man sled today and that one works great. My son loves it and it goes super fast.

I took a chance on buying this product even after reading the bad reviews. And well the reviews proved right. Bought this for my 9 year old and my 7 year old. the sled didn't even last a day. The handle broke off on one of them and the sides and all used up and falling apart. It actually did slide well, unlike what other reviewers said. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
