Replacing fill valve is not a difficult task

The previous Fluidmaster fill valve I’ve replaced was over ten years ago, this new one I believe is an improved version. And I’ve found this replacement is not a difficult task. I don’t know anything about plumbing, just following the steps outlined in the instruction booklet and it’s done in 15 minutes. I must admit the instructions is so clear, very easy to understand and is much much better than the previous one which l've saved. A well-written instruction pamphlet is most helpful to a general layman like myself.

Q: The model number for this Fluidmaster Peformax fill valve is not correctly specified. The first picture shows the 400AH, the box and toilet illustration show the 400H. Which model is this?

Q: does it come with the nut on the outside bottom of the tank?

Q: is it gona work on waterridge toilet

A: Water ridge has both single and dual flush toilets in both 1 piece and two piece toilets. It is my recommendation that the PerforMAX fill valve be used in most 2 pc (high efficiency or 1.6 GPF / 6.0 LPF Toilets) toilets including Dual Flush toilets. If the toilet is a 1 piece then you will need to measure the overflow pipe to ensure the pipe is standing 7 inches and taller for the valve to properly fit inside the tank. More information about your Water Ridge toilet is needed for a more accurate answer.
