Easy to put together

I bought two fans about a week ago. Strong power breeze. Moves the air around. The button are a plus as turn knobs on other makes is hard to move when you’re half asleep trying to turn it off. Almost every part is plastic, I was expecting the cage part that covers the blade to be metal. Easy to put together.

Perfect for the price. Surprised at how quiet it actually is. Pieces snap together, so am not expecting it to actually survive past a couple of cleanings, you get what you pay for.

  • A: - Occasional cleaning of dust/dirt off fan blade and metal safety shield - the amount of cleaning is dependant on how heavy a workout the fan gets. - No mechanical maintenance required.

Q: Says it tilts....how do you tilt it?

  • A: Yes, it does tilt. It moves freely up and down to adjust the tilt. No knobs to turn or tighten. Just move the fan to how you prefer it to be.

Q: My fan was working well for a week and then just stopped working. It did not feel like it had overheated and there was no lead up to it stopping. Is there any troubleshooting you can recommend?

  • A: Check your fuse/ breaker .if good check power to wall plug . If also good return to store for warranty . Do Not Open Casing if warranty is still aplickable.

Q: In one picture it has no buttons on the base, in two other pictures it does have buttons on the base. Does the fan as sold now have buttons on the base?

Q: I bought this fan and as I was putting it together I found a clear, unscented, grease on the motor shaft. Is this a lubricant? Is this supposed to be on there? Should I return the fan? Thanks.

Q: Did the fan design change? I purchased this fan in June 2022, and it doesn't have a handle, despite the packaging and this page describing the fan as having an integrated carry handle on the rear.
