Perfect for roses and indoor floral work, not too heavy. Pink handle is cute

Supermarket roses always need a bit of chopping down to fit nicely in a vase, and my kitchen scissors were crushing the stems. These are perfect for roses. IMHO they are not appropriate for heavy duty outdoor work, so if you are trimming a shrub, I would skip these and get the Yardworks one which is cheaper and feels much heavier/sturdier. These are nice and light, and perfect for indoor floral work. The pink handle is a cute touch and helps differentiate from outdoor tools.

I bought these the other day to replace another pair. They work well — the spring mechanism seems solid, the blades are sharp, and it feels nice in my hand. I like Fiskars but they’re terrible for the warranty. You have to mail them at your expense to US.. so don’t rely on that.
