I don't recommend this product for the simple fact that it is extremely cheaply made.The top is thicker but oddly enough the material used for the pants is paper thin.I was working out on the treadmill and the seam in the crotch began to rip apart.A whole in a suit designed to keep heat in defeats the purpose.
