Everlast's Adjustable Grip Strengthener works to improve your forearm muscles and hand endurance. This hand strengthener features a durable and rubberized grip for a comfortable squeeze as your fingers, thumb, and palms toughen up. Keep your routine moderate or amp it up with the adjustable resistance, from 20 to 90 pounds (9 - 41 kgs.) Turn the adjust dial to change the resistance level. Keep track of your repetitions with the built-in counter. While great for strengthening the hands, this strengthener also assists the wrists and forearms.

Needed these hand grip only bought the one but it's adjustable so if you're in a situation where you have hurt your wrist and had surgery or something this hand grip makes it perfect to get back from 0 to wherever you need to be it's adjustable it works perfect I'm grateful cuz the price was affordable compared to some of the others out there and I guess that's why I shot Canadian Tire because you know not out of 10 times it's a fair price product works great
