    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These D batteries perform exactly as they should. No corrosion no leaks and the power stays stable. They last noticeably longer then bargain brands and dont lose charge sitting in storage

    Is there a battery better than Energizer?

    Is there really any other battery worth buying? No. I have used Energizer batteries for decades. These Energizer MAX take the brand for even a longer run. They maintain their power even after being in a flashlight and not used for months. Just as if I just installed them. The voltage is still there and the light is still bright and no dimming. They clearly stored well without any leakage after 8 months in a drawer waiting for an emergency.
