Best Mother's day gift ever!

This vacuum cleaner is very light, comfortable, powerful and works 20 minutes as promised. Only in the store it was with a special stand-charger, the seller said that it is included in the kit, but actually it is not included. Very happy with this gift!

Terrible battery life for the price (so disappointed)

I bought this vacuum couple weeks ago, used about two days and then returned. It gave me less than 5 mins of battery time i charged battery several times same result and it was on a normal mode not on Max with Max it was only 1 min. it was written on the box 20 mins fade free suction therefor i bought it.
It was my first and last Dyson purchase. So disappointed

Hello Yousuf, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a short run time with your Dyson V6 Trigger handheld. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our handheld models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed.
In Max power run time will be up to 6 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 16-20 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Nice little vacuum

Bought on sale for 20% off. Works great. With over 3 hours charge runs 20 mins is kinda ridiculous and wish it lasted a bit longer but if you always have it plugged in shouldn’t be a problem. Not nearly as strong as the canister Dyson I have of course, though it sucks up well for a little light vacuum. Some reviews say it’s loud but hey it is a vacuum what do you expect. Also saw many people had bad luck with it stopped working after a few times so hope that wont be the case. I can let my cat scatter his litter everywhere now.

Should have bought a Dyson years ago.

I bought this item a week ago. It is solidly built and has powerful suction. When I think of the many economy vacuums I have bought over the years that continually disappointed. Now we wait and see if the battery life lives up to my expectations.

This model will come with a combination tool and a crevice tool, so there isn't anything with any type of motorized bristle to pick up hair.
