Amendment

This is an amendment to my original review. I gave it four stars. I still maintain my four stars but have to give the wobble target some merit and flak. First the merit. My friend aggressively shot at it from a reasonable distance. It flew around and even into the air 20 or so feet. And came apart eventually. I simply pressed the three pieces back together and kept on shooting. Awesome! The bad part is that his 7.92 SKS caused the Duraseal parts to flake off a bit. Mostly on the edges. I seriously doubt the target's ability to take punches from larger calibers.

Good, but...

This is a decent little wobble target to shoot at. But it does travel around the range a lot. Usually backwards or to a side. There are times it rarely tips down and stays down. Depends mostly on the ground uneveness. Is it possible to shoot them back upright? It is! Always fun to have a challenge. The duraseal is checkered with lead points mostly from my rimfire, but stands up well over time. Worthwhile purchase and a great gift to a sporting shooter.

Stood up against my Marlin 45 70

I bought this in order for my wife to plink at with the .22 while I sighted in my Marlin 45 70. When she was done plinking I thought I would see if I could destroy it with the big bore. From about 60yrds I put a dozen or so rounds of 350 grain hollow point through it with no significant damage! Was pretty impressed...fun little target.
