Multi-System Stop Leak is an advanced formulation with synthetic conditioning agents to help soften and expand most worn and dried seals, preventing further leaks. Dura Lube® Multi-System Stop Leak contains NO SOLIDS that could clog or plug filters and lines. Safe and compatible with mineral and synthetic fluids, as well as, all types/grades of motor oil.

Directions: With the engine off, add a full 8 oz. bottle to the fluid reservoir, crankcase, or oil sump (up to 6 qt. capacity). Add one 8 oz. bottle for every 6 quarts. For power steering systems remove 8 ounces of fluid before installing. For smaller capacity systems use 1/3 bottle. DO NOT USE IN BRAKE SYSTEMS

Q: Can this be used in the clutch system on an 05 sunfire?
3 years agoA: Without knowing more you could try a small amount if you are having a slow leak in the master cylinder seal. The master cylinder could be slowly leaking or the seal could be blown if large leak or no hydraulic pressure on the clutch when pressing. Since clutch systems use brake fluid, if you are having a leak it is better to check the tubing for holes or tears. We would recommend checking the OB2 codes to determine exactly where problem is.
